Job summary

The Trinnovo Group | B Corp™ is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, highly regulated financial environment in Galway. In a 12-month contract with a view to extension, you will work across product and process initiatives to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.

• Strong background in business analysis, product analysis, process improvement and solution delivery.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing and validating complex requirements.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the business analysis lifecycle from discovery to implementation and post-delivery support.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work across business and technology teams in regulated environments.
