Vertiv Letterkenny is seeking a Mechanical Operator/Busbar Installer to operate production machinery, monitor quality, and support daily targets in a structured manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and teamwork within a busy plant.

Candidates should have busbar install experience, forklift proficiency, and a strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and complying with quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.
• Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Busbar Install experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor process performance and quality output.
• Carry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
• Report equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.
• Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
• Participate in shift work and overtime as required.
