Delaney Landscaping is looking for a Building Supervisor to manage small building and maintenance projects on a local site in Co. Longford. The role is hands-on and requires guiding a team of 1–2 workers across timber structures, fencing, groundworks and surfacing.

A clean, professional presence and strong client communication are essential to success. Based in Longford, the position offers a good remuneration package with the possibility of accommodation for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Experience supervising a small team on construction projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to plan tasks and allocate work to 1–2 workers.

Mansioni

• Supervise 1–2 workers on timber, fencing, groundworks and surfacing tasks.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
• Maintain a clean, professional site and manage basic on-site logistics.

Delaney Landscaping have an opening for a Bulding Supervisor to work locally on small building and maintenance projects.

The role is relatively hands on and the person must be capable of working with and managing a team of 1/2 workers in these tasks.

The works consist of jobs like:

• Timber structures and fencing
• Groundworks and ducting
• Various types of fencing
• Various surfacing – woodchip, tarmac, paving etc.
• Minor concrete works
• Working in a relatively clean and non-pressurised environment.
• Predominantly based on a site in Co. Longford
