Dbsearch is seeking a Site Coordinator or Supervisor for a growing residential builder in South Dublin. The role oversees two crews and acts as second in charge to the director, with opportunities for career progression.

You will manage projects on site, develop programmes, coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff, ensure resources, and uphold H&S, quality and environmental standards. Benefits include Mon–Fri 8:30–16:30, vehicle provided, secure role, friendly professional team, and a salary

Formación

• Extensive experience on residential construction projects.
• Qualified in carpentry or plastering.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate site crews and liaise with subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

Site Coordinator /Supervisor Residential Building

Design Build Search is seeking a Site Coordinator or Supervisor on behalf of our client, an up and coming residential builder in South Dublin.Specialising in new build, renovations and extensions they are seeking an experienced foreperson /carpenter /ex-carpenter to oversee the projects and assist with the execution of the projects. There are two crews that this role would coordinate. It is a second in charge role to the director presenting longevity and lots of room for career development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from first day on site through to completion.


• Help develop, plan and implement the programme.


• Responsibility for management of sub-contractors and direct employees on site.


• Consult and liaise with subcontractors re programme.


• Responsibility for ensuring all resources are available on site when required


• Ensure compliance with Building Regs, Fire Regs etc


• Ensuring that the highest levels of H&S, Quality and Environmental standards are met on site.


• Responsible for ensuring Finishing is carried out to a very high standard.


• Any other duties relating to efficient management of the projects.

Requirements:

• Vast experience on residential construction building projects


• Experience as a carpenter or plasterer and qualified in that area


• Good attention to detail, able to assist the site crews on site regarding any issues that might arise


• Excellent communication verbally & written


• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and sub-contractors.
