Job summary

Outdoor Innovations is seeking experienced hard landscapers to join their well-established landscaping team in the Kildare/Dublin area. This full-time role offers varied, hands-on work on high-end residential projects with a friendly, supportive team and opportunities to upskill.

You will work from plans, deliver quality results, and collaborate with colleagues. A driving license and own transport are required, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years experience in hard landscaping/construction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Full clean driving license and own transport.
• Ability to work from plans.
• Some experience at Groundworks, Paving, Blockwork and timber work.
• Safe pass & manual handling
• Excavator ticket (beneficial but not essential)

The Role
Outdoor Innovations are looking to recruit skilled & semiskilled hard landscapers for their well-established and growing residential landscaping business based in Kildare. This is an exciting time to join them as they are currently expanding and need landscapers to help them on their journey. This is a challenging, varied and hands-on role where we are looking for candidates who can follow instructions well and communicate clearly with team members.

Requirements

• 2/3 years experience in hard landscaping/construction.
