Job summary

JLL in Dublin is seeking a Building Manager to join our property management team. You will oversee a commercial property, manage budgets, programmes and health and safety, and liaise with tenants to ensure smooth operations on site.

The ideal candidate has a property or facilities management qualification and hands-on experience in a commercial setting, strong IT skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Property or Facilities Management qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in a commercial property management environment.
• Strong IT and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage property to an agreed budget and annual plan.
• Coordinate planned and reactive works with contractors and PO system.
• Review works and approve invoices via Yardi Property Management System.
• Prepare budgets with senior team and monitor quarterly expenditure.
• Liaise with tenants on day-to-day operations and service contracts.
• Oversee health & safety, ESG initiatives and data reporting.
