Job summary

Logitech Cork is seeking a hands-on Sourcing Manager to lead indirect procurement transformation as an individual contributor. You’ll design and implement scalable sourcing processes, conduct deep market analysis, and run complex negotiations for services and technology.

You’ll establish supplier performance metrics and advise stakeholders, aligning sourcing with our hyper-growth and tech roadmap. Hybrid role requiring 2–3 on-site days in Cork, with global collaboration and a flexible work

Qualifications

• Proven track record creating procurement processes and leading transformation.
• Deep understanding of indirect sourcing contracts, incl. services and technology agreements.
• Strong execution focus as an individual contributor.
• Excellent analytical and spend-analysis skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to advise executives.
• Industry agility with market trends.

Responsibilities

• Build & Transform: design, implement, and optimize scalable sourcing processes and frameworks.
• End-to-End Deal Execution: lead market analysis, vendor evaluations, and negotiations for high-value agreements.
• Supplier Governance: establish performance metrics to ensure pricing and terms compliance.
• Internal Advisory: advise internal stakeholders and exec leadership on SoWs and specs.
• Data Innovation: leverage spend analysis to drive data-backed sourcing decisions.
