Job summary

Davy Group is hiring an Intermediary Support Associate for Davy Select. You will open accounts, manage broker requests, and coordinate with internal teams while ensuring high-quality customer service and accuracy.

The role offers a hybrid working model in Ireland, with opportunities to develop pension and investment product knowledge and contribute to process improvements and projects.

Qualifications

• Business/Finance degree or equivalent is required.
• APA or QFA qualification is preferred.
• Knowledge of settlements and operations is desirable.
• Proven reconciliation and control experience.
• Strong numeric and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brokers' requirements are understood and met for turnaround and accuracy.
• Open new accounts and handle account queries.
• Coordinate with Davy Operations internal teams.
• Update broker/client pipelines and Management Information.
• Provide admin support to Davy Select Account Managers.
• Identify process improvements from broker and client feedback.
• Develop pension/investment product knowledge and participate in projects.
• Adhere to Risk and Compliance policies.
