Job summary

The Spencer Hotel in Dublin's city centre is seeking an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to lead the busy breakfast service in East Restaurant, part of the MHL Hotel Collection. You will manage a hospitality team, train colleagues to the hotel standard, and ensure smooth operation across breakfast and support for lunch service; eligibility to work in Ireland and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a 4* Hotel or similar restaurant
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Enthusiastic and vibrant in outlook
• Willingness to learn and develop career further
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective day to day operational running of our Restaurant during the busy breakfast service.
• Assist with lunch service
• Build relationships with internal and external guests to encourage return stays
• Train restaurant colleagues on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures.
• Support the Food & Beverage Management with their duties.
