Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring a Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the River Island Hotel breakfast team in Castleisland. You will supervise staff, ensure outstanding guest service, and maintain presentation standards.

The role is 20-25 hours per week across 5 mornings, with opportunities to train and develop the team. Fluent English, strong leadership, and experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Have the confidence to carry out briefings and meetings with the Team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead food service within operating procedures as discussed with Management.
• Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience.
• Delegate areas of responsibility to the team individually.
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Open, clean and manage cashiering procedures as required.
