Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to oversee breakfast staff and ensure the best level of guest service during morning shifts. The role requires 20-25 hours per week across five mornings.

You will supervise service, lead food service, assist in training, delegate tasks, maintain cleanliness, handle guest queries, and participate in opening and cashiering procedures while maintaining high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Strong English language communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to motivate, organise and supervise a team during breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Led food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
• Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
• Delegate areas of responsibility to the team individually.
• Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsibility for opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.

Breakfast Supervisor

• Have the confidence to carry out briefings and meetings with the Team.
• Previous experience in a high volume/fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership.
