Job summary

O’Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant for River Island Hotel, Castleisland. The role requires flexibility to work five out of seven days and reports to the Hotel Manager.

You will greet guests, take orders, liaise with the kitchen, clear tables, and ensure hygiene standards are met in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a waiter is essential.
• Professional and friendly approach to customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with multitasking ability.
• Advanced English language skills and permission to work in Ireland are essential.

O’Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at the River Island Hotel, Castleisland, reporting directly to the Hotel Manager. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work five out of seven days a week.

What you'll do

• Welcoming guests to the restaurant, taking food & drink orders and liaising with the kitchen.
• Clearing and resetting tables.
• Offering the highest level of service to the guest.
• Ensuring that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Working as part of the team, and being flexible at all times.

About you
