Job summary

O’Donoghue Ring Collection, Castleisland, Co. Kerry, Ireland, is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead the breakfast team and maintain the highest guest service standards. The role is on-site, 5 mornings per week, 20–25 hours weekly, for the River Island Hotel.

You will motivate and supervise staff, handle guest queries with professionalism, and support training to ensure a memorable guest experience. ODR Collection offers staff discounts, meals on duty, and progressive career opportunities.

We are seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at the River Island Hotel. You will supervise the breakfast staff and ensure the best level of customer service. The position is required for 5 mornings per week working 20-25 hours per week.

What you'll do:

• Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience is provided.
• Led food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
• Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
• Delegate areas of responsibility to the team individually.
• Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsibility for opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.

About you:

• You will have the ability to motivate, organise, lead and supervise a team.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Have the confidence to carry out briefings and meetings with the Team.
• Previous experience in a high volume/fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership.
