O'Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor for the River Island Hotel in Killarney/CastleIsland. The role is 5 mornings per week, totaling 20–25 hours, with responsibilities spanning supervision, training, and ensuring excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate will lead a hospitality team, maintain high presentation standards, and handle guest queries. The company offers competitive salaries, staff discounts, meals on duty, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate, organise, lead and supervise a team.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Confident in conducting briefings and meetings with the team.
• Previous experience in a high volume/fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership.

Responsabilités

• Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead food service within procedures as discussed with Management.
• Assist in training and developing the team for the best guest experience.
• Delegate areas of responsibility to team members.
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.
