O’Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant for the River Island Hotel in Castleisland, County Kerry. The role requires flexibility to work five out of seven days and a focus on delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, liaising with the kitchen, clearing tables, and maintaining hygiene standards. Previous waiter experience and fluent English are essential.

• Previous experience working as a waiter is essential.
• Advanced English language skills and permission to work in Ireland are essential.
