Job summary

Trim Castle Hotel, a boutique four-star property in Trim, Co. Meath, is seeking an experienced F&B Breakfast Supervisor to join The Bastion Team.

The role focuses on leading the breakfast service, maintaining high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction, and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment. You will work on-site at Trim Castle Hotel, overseeing breakfast operations, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring safety and quality

Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Strong focus on guest service and satisfaction.
High standards for food presentation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Manage breakfast service to ensure guests are served promptly and courteously.
Coordinate and lead breakfast staff; brief and delegate tasks daily.
Oversee food quality, presentation and buffet replenishment with kitchen liaison.
Interact with guests to address inquiries and feedback, tailoring service.
Train and mentor breakfast staff on standards and procedures.
Monitor inventory and order breakfast supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and food hygiene.
