Qualifications

Previous supervision or management experience in hospitality.
Hands-on leadership during busy service periods.
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Understanding of service standards, food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring a high standard of food service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, motivate and support the breakfast team, promoting a positive working environment.
Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service and presented to required standards.
Monitor service delivery and respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Work with the kitchen to ensure effective communication and timely service.
Manage team rotas, attendance and daily staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, hygiene procedures.
Support training and development of team members, encouraging continuous improvement.
Monitor stock levels and help maintain cost control.
