Millie Mac Limited in Rathmines, Dublin, is seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. You will oversee daily food preparation, uphold HACCP standards, and ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation expectations.

The role requires at least five years as Head Chef or similar, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; early shifts and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience as Head Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily food preparation and ensure high hygiene standards.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality and presentation standards.
• Estimate daily production and manage kitchen stock efficiently.
• Supervise and train junior and new kitchen staff.
• Assist in development of daily and seasonal menu items.
