Qualifications

• Prior serving experience is essential.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, cocktails and coffee.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demands.
• Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Present menus and explain specials.
• Upsell food and beverages.
• Respond to guest requests timely and efficiently.
• Take beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in line with Irish law.
• Know outlet menus and prices.
• Open and pour wine tableside.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service staff.
• Input orders into Micros accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Clear tables and reset for the next service.
