Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group operates Clayton Hotel Limerick and is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will help provide friendly, professional service to guests, greet regulars by name, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining cleanliness of the bar and dining areas.

Training through the Dalata Academy will support your development; the role requires mornings/evenings and weekend availability in a bustling hotel setting in Limerick.

Qualifications

• Previous Bar & Restaurant experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Be able to make recommendations.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.
