Job summary

The Address Citywest is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to support the supervisor in serving guests and maintaining high service standards. You will handle orders, explain menus, upsell when possible, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in restaurant or F&B customer service, can work early shifts (6:30am), and communicate fluently in English to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in restaurant or F&B customer service.
• Available to work early shifts from 6:30am.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and customers following service standards.
• Take food and drink orders and fulfill requests accurately.
• Explain menus confidently and upsell when opportunities arise.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the guest experience.
• Clean the outlet to the required standard and adhere to cleaning schedules.
