The Address CItywest is seeking candidates to join our Food and Beverage team, supporting the supervisor in serving guests and ensuring the highest standard of customer service.

Minimum 1 year in a restaurant or F&B customer service, ability to work early shifts at 6:30 am, and fluent English with excellent communication are required. Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a restaurant or Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Must be available to work early shifts (6:30 am)
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain dishes confidently, with upselling when appropriate.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard and following deep cleaning schedules.
