The Lodge at Ashford Castle in Cong, Mayo, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the luxury hotel kitchen team. You will support breakfast service under the Executive Head Chef, delivering high-quality dishes in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include day-to-day breakfast operations, collaborating with sections, and maintaining health and safety, cost control, and stock accuracy. The role requires passion for guest experience and strong prep skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and serving breakfast to high standards.
• Excellent timekeeping and early morning availability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and prep skills, with attention to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running and cooking of the breakfast service.
• Assist other sections when required.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
• Assist with cost and stock control when required.
• Keep freezer list up to date.
• Check deliveries.
