Job summary

Fitzwilton Hotel is seeking a Breakfast Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on greeting guests, delivering breakfast service, replenishing stations, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Experience in food service is preferred, with strong communication and a friendly, professional attitude. Flexible morning shifts (6:45 AM – 2:45 PM) and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service role, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment, particularly during peak breakfast hours.
• Flexibility to work morning shifts (e.g. 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM).

Main duties and responsibilities:
