Job summary

Truly Dental, Ireland's leading dental provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager to protect, strengthen, and scale the Truly brand across all channels and locations. You will drive patient acquisition, engagement, and business growth through brand leadership, content strategy, events, and commercially focused marketing initiatives.

With 5+ years in marketing leadership, you will own multi-site activations, manage offline and digital campaigns, and collaborate closely with local teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a marketing manager or senior marketing executive role.
• Experience in multi-site retail, healthcare, or consumer services with local activation.
• Strong events management experience and ability to measure impact.
• Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Truly brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute content strategy for social, email, website, and patient comms.
• Plan and manage offline campaigns (print, radio, direct mail, local press).
• Develop local practice activation plans and partnerships for growth.
• Lead patient events and community activations with measurable outcomes.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and manage budgeting and ROI.
