• Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy with a local plan and events aligned to activity.
• Deliver excellence in service, maintaining high standards and a zero-complaint mindset.
• Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives.
• Ensure stock deliveries, housekeeping and merchandising meet guidelines.
• Be an ambassador for the Brand, upholding its values in-store.
