Qualifications

• Proven experience writing high-quality brand and marketing content across formats.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong sense of voice, tone, and narrative structure.
• Strong editorial judgment, including knowing what not to create.
• Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Deep understanding of modern content patterns (clarity, structure, flow, and conversion).
• A clear perspective on how AI can enhance content creation.
• Track record of driving measurable impact through content (brand, engagement, conversion).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or fintech, or strong curiosity about the future of work and global employment.
