Job summary

Richmond Marketing in Ireland is seeking a Consumer Collecting Manager to lead a team of Student Marketeers and deliver Consumer Collecting insights for Red Bull. You will shape strategy, guide field activations, and work closely with the marketing and sales teams across Ireland.

The role requires 2–3 years in marketing, proven team leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of working in Marketing.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Interpersonal, organizational & communication skills.
• Flexible and proactive attitude, able to cope with fast changing environment.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Consumer Collecting strategy as part of the Red Bull Business Plan.
• Analyse insights from Student Marketeers to inform strategy and adjust for impact.
• Coordinate the Student Marketeer program and manage field opportunities for brand visibility.
• Oversee admin and reporting, including budget tracking and vehicle fleet management.
