• Proven experience in a branch or operational leadership role.
• Commercially minded with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow branch sales by developing opportunities and managing key accounts.
• Oversee daily branch operations including warehouse, shopfloor, stock control and customer service.
• Motivate and develop the team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Support on the sales floor when required and ensure top-tier customer experience.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, IT, HR and finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor costs, drive savings initiatives and manage budgets.
