Qualifications

• Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
• A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Flexible availability across days/hours.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store events and experiences to reflect the Boutique and Brand vision.
• Be accountable for the smooth running of the store and ensure the team are aligned in the Boutique and Brand vision.
• Host wedding consultations where you will help bottle precious memories for clients.
