The Heritage in Laois countryside invites applications for Bloom's Cocktail Bar – Mixologist. If you're passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering memorable guest experiences in a stylish, fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Join a luxury hotel with health club and spa; we value hospitality, teamwork, and attentiveness. The role focuses on mise en place, wine and spirit knowledge, guest service, and supporting the bar team across shifts.

Qualifications

Proficient in cocktail creation and presentation.
Strong customer service focus with guest interaction.
Knowledge of wines, spirits and menu items.

Responsibilities

To operate the till system effectively.
To carry‑out mise en place for service, ensuring it is sufficient to allow for the required standard of service.
To handle guest's complaints discretely, notifying the Head of Department or the Food & Beverage Director.
To familiarise yourself with the Heritage SOP and participate in team briefs.
To promote on-site facilities and services to guests.
Maintain clean and tidy appearance and comply with uniform standards.
