Qualifications

  • 4-8 years' bookkeeping experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Professional communication skills and a dependable, confidential approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day accounts administration and accurate bookkeeping operations.
  • Process and reconcile purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records, filing systems, and supplier/customer accounts.
  • Support credit control and follow up proactively on outstanding balances.
  • Prepare fundamental financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Handle general office correspondence, record keeping, and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, internal teams, and external accountants.
  • Assist with payroll administration and related financial tasks as needed.
