Job summary

Johnson Controls Ireland HVAC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Management System (BMS) projects from initiation to handover across commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and data centre environments.

You will own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating engineering, software, commissioning, procurement and installation teams to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Building Management System (BMS) projects.
• Strong HVAC systems knowledge and building automation exposure.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets/schedules.
• Experience with client and contractor stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BMS projects from kick-off to handover.
• Manage scope, programme, budget and risk across multiple sites.
• Coordinate engineering, software, commissioning, procurement and installation teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and consultants.
• Deliver progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee testing, operator training and handover activities.
