Job summary

Unify in Dublin is seeking an experienced BMS Manager to lead the technical delivery of the building management system for a major data centre project. The role covers design, integration, commissioning and handover, working closely with BMS integrators, MEP teams and the client to ensure the system meets the spec.

You will take ownership of BMS graphics, alarms and trends, review control strategies, troubleshoot complex issues and support testing and commissioning across contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in BMS/Building Automation/Controls.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS architecture and system integration.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus or similar protocols.
• Proven commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience integrating BMS with EPMS and third-party systems.
• Ability to interpret schematics, points lists and control strategies.
• Experience working with BMS integrators and controls contractors.

Responsibilities

An excellent opportunity for an experienced BMS Manager/ aspiring Lead BMS Engineer to join a leading contractor delivering a major data centre project in Dublin.

The role will focus on the technical delivery of the BMS, from design and integration through to commissioning and handover. You’ll work closely with BMS integrators, MEP teams, commissioning engineers and the client to ensure the system is delivered and performs to specification.
