Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Ireland in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, is seeking a Biopharmaceutical Team Leader for MDV to guide method development, verification, transfer and validation of analytical methods, ensuring quality, compliance and customer service.

You will oversee day-to-day MDV activities, plan workload, deliver training and development, maintain documentation, support regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Honours Degree in Biotechnology or a Bioanalytical-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a GMP biologics laboratory.
• Hands-on method development and validation experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Biopharmaceutical Team Leader - Method Development & Validation (MDV) to join our team at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.

In this role, you will lead and support the MDV team responsible for the development, verification, transfer and validation of analytical methods, while ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer service. You will oversee day-to-day team activities, including workload planning, training and development, documentation, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with an Honours Degree in Biotechnology or a Bioanalytical-related discipline, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a GMP biologics laboratory, and hands-on method development and validation experience.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
