Job summary

Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing in Dungarvan, Co Waterford, is seeking a Team Leader for the MDV team within the Biopharmaceutical department. The role focuses on introducing new methods via development, verification, transfer and validation activities.

You will lead all team members, oversee resources, schedules, training and documentation, and ensure timely customer reports while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Biotechnology or bioanalytical related field required.
• Minimum 5 years' GMP biologics lab experience.
• Method development and validation experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or team leadership desirable.
• Ability to coordinate, schedule and prioritise analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Direct all team members, including rotas, productivity, training and development, safety and documentation.
• Coordinate with Section Manager for resources to meet testing timelines.
• Manage online reporting on LIMS and authorise customer reports.
• Conduct analyses to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
