Job summary

Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing in Dungarvan, Co Waterford, Ireland, invites applications for a Team Leader to drive the Biopharmaceutical team. The role oversees rotas, training, safety, quality, and documentation to keep the laboratory efficient and compliant.

You will liaise with the Section Manager to secure resources and meet customer deadlines, and you will manage LIMS reporting and customer reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in biotechnology or bioanalytical subject.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, schedule and prioritise analytical work.
• Proven leadership credentials in a GMP biologics environment.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous documentation.
• Commitment to quality assurance and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct all team members, including rotas, productivity, training, safety, quality and documentation.
• Maintain resources with the Section Manager to meet testing timelines.
• Manage online reporting on LIMS and customer reports end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely investigations.
