Job summary

BMS Cruiserath Biologics in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, focusing on lab systems, instrumentation, data management platforms, and IT/AIT components within a regulated GMP environment.

Reporting to the Projects Programme Manager, you will independently manage small to medium projects, collaborate with senior management, and ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence while complying with engineering practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• A degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years project engineer/manager experience across the project life cycle within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrable skills to manage and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Competence to lead a diverse team of engineering professionals/contractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.
• Familiar with project life-cycle stage-gate process.
• Experience managing overall financial performance of engineering projects, including cash flow and lifecycle costs.

Responsibilities

• Meet key project deliverables for safety, financial management, schedule management and scope management across these projects.
• Ensure projects are compliant with good engineering practices, company policies, regulations and codes.
• Liaise with Global Engineering/Global EHS/Global Procurement to align and support project deliverables.
• Adhere to BMS project stage-gate principles for lifecycle management.
• Develop scope, cost and budget estimates with stakeholders and present to governance for approval.
• Lead and support project teams through projects.
• Develop project budgets and manage cash flow using SAP and budgeting tools.
