Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times and report near misses to the EHS Department.
• Ensure all produced product conforms to the approved specification.
• Carry out visual inspections at required frequencies and perform in-process quality checks with documentation.
• Collect QC samples per the batch packaging record and reconcile packaging components at end of run.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and complete cleaning and production floor logs.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Engineers and Supervisors to maximise equipment and team efficiency.
• Report deviations to the immediate supervisor and participate in corrective actions.
• Assist packaging manager with various technical tasks and projects as required.
