Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a production role focused on shift output, quality and yield under GMP guidelines. The role works with the supervisor, ensuring materials, sampling, inspection, and packaging records meet required standards.

Responsibilities include QA liaison, area clearances, data recording and maintenance of logs. The position emphasizes adherence to safety, housekeeping and timely responses to deviations, with flexibility for shift changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Book in and document all materials required for the batch in accordance with packaging instructions and batch packaging records.
• Carry out required sampling tests at the specified frequency.
• Perform visual inspections at required frequencies.
• Coordinate with QA for area/line clearances and any quality issues.
• Approve area/line clearances and pre-production samples as per procedures.
• Collect QC samples as per the batch packaging record.
• Ensure adherence to operating, quality and machine-cleaning procedures in production.
• Report deviations to the supervisor and monitor yields versus goals.
• Address machine downtime promptly and support corrective actions.
• Aim to achieve competency as per training plans and complete batch packaging records accurately.
• Record quantities of good and rejects and maintain cleanliness and logbooks.
