Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Dundalk is seeking a production operator responsible, in conjunction with the immediate supervisor, for shift output, quality and yield in compliance with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice.

All materials required for the batch are booked in and documented, sampling tests and visual inspections are carried out at required frequencies, and liaison with the QA dept. for area clearances is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required to communicate clearly with team and QA.
• Ability to meet clear goals and complete tasks to predefined targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shift output, quality and yield in compliance with GMP.
• Book in materials and document according to packaging records.
• Carry out sampling tests and visual inspections as required.
• Liaise with QA for area/line clearances and production issues.
• Approve area/line clearances and pre-production samples as defined.
• Collect QC samples per batch packaging record.
• Maintain housekeeping and logbooks, monitor yields and downtime.
• Report deviations to supervisor and assist in training per plan.
• Support Packaging Manager and other team leaders as needed.
