Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Ireland is seeking a packaging operator to join our GMP production team. You will ensure routines are followed, perform in-process quality checks, and support efficient packaging runs to meet batch specifications.

The role requires fluent English, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience in a regulated environment and Lean tools are desirable.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required to follow clear goals and communicate progress.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a GMP setting.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times and report near misses.
• Ensure product conforms to approved specifications and perform visual inspections.
• Complete in-process quality checks and document accurately.
• Collect QC samples per batch packaging record.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleaning logs, and production floor records.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Engineers and Supervisors to optimize packaging runs.
