PCI Pharma Services in Dundalk, Ireland, is seeking candidates for a Thursday–Saturday night shift (7pm–7am) in our production and packaging teams. You will ensure product conformity to specifications, document batch materials, and carry out sampling and visual inspections to support quality and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Ensure that all product produced conforms to the approved specification.
• Book in and document all materials for the batch, conforming to packaging records.
• Carry out sampling tests at required frequency.
• Perform visual inspections at required frequencies.
• Liaise with QA for area/line clearances and quality issues.
• Approve area/line clearances and pre-production samples per procedures.
• Collect QC samples as per batch packaging record.
• Maintain operating, quality and cleanliness procedures.
• Report deviations to supervisor.
• Monitor yields vs goals and take timely corrective actions.
• Action machine downtime promptly.
• Achieve competency as per training plan.
• Complete batch packaging records accurately and timely.
• Record quantities of good and rejects.
• Maintain housekeeping and logs up to date.
• Work with Team Leaders, Engineers and Packaging Manager.
• Follow safe work practices and report defects.
• Flexibility to changes in shift patterns at short notice.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.
• Assist in all technical aspects and projects when requested.
