Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Ireland (Leinster) is seeking an Operative for packaging and production, responsible for ensuring batch output, quality, and yield in line with GMP. You will execute packaging records, participate in sampling and visual inspections, and support QA in line clearances and deviations.

The role requires flexibility to shift patterns, strong communication, and a proactive approach to achieve goals and maintain clean, safe production environments.

Qualifications

• Clear goals and progress tracking across assigned tasks.
• Fluent English language skills required for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Book all materials required for the batch and document accordingly.
• Follow packaging instructions and batch packaging records precisely.
• Perform sampling tests at required frequencies.
• Carry out visual inspections at specified intervals.
• Coordinate with QA for area/line clearances and quality issues.
• Approve area/line clearances and pre-production samples per procedures.
• Collect QC samples as per batch packaging records.
• Maintain adherence to operating, quality, and machine cleaning procedures.
• Report deviations to supervisor and monitor yields vs. targets.
• Address machine downtime promptly and participate in training to achieve competency.
• Ensure batch packaging records are completed accurately and timely.
