Bristol Myers Squibb invites ambitious students to join as an Internship in Manufacturing Support and Engineering in Ireland. The role offers hands-on experience across Manufacturing activities and exposure to continuous improvement projects while aligning with degree requirements.

You will engage in drafting controls, SOPs and training, as well as multi-product changeovers as part of a structured six, nine or twelve month program designed to develop your skills and career in biopharma.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Science discipline of study.
• Passionate about the biopharma sector and healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

• Become the first Line for Manufacturing Support & Coordination, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Innovation.
• Help identify process improvement projects and lead projects to completion.
• Assist in drafting process impact assessments to support investigation closure.
• Draft Operations procedures, electronic batch records and other GMP documentation.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to the Operations team.
• Multiproduct and product changeover: implementing new product introductions from an Operations perspective.
• Support introduction of new products to Manufacturing.
• Lead and implement new technology solutions such as Single‑Use‑Systems.
• Delivery of Continuous Process Improvements on Process/Equipment.
