Responsibilities

• Become the first line for Manufacturing Support & Co-ordination
• Identify process improvement projects and lead them to completion
• Draft process impact assessments to support investigations
• Draft change controls, CAPAs, investigations and improvement projects
• Minimize human error and work with operations to remove sources of error
• Draft Operations procedures, electronic batch records and GMP documentation; provide training
• Support multiproduct and product changeovers and introduce new products from an Operations perspective
• Lead and implement new technology solutions such as Single-Use-Systems
• Support sustaining operations on process/equipment issues; deliver continuous process improvements and tech transfers
