Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb offers an internship in Manufacturing Support and Engineering, providing hands-on exposure to multiple manufacturing activities and continuous improvement projects. You will work on process improvements, quality documentation, and new technology implementations as part of a six, nine or twelve month program in Ireland.

Ideal candidates are engineering or science students with strong teamwork and communication skills, eager to learn and contribute to patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Science discipline of study.

Responsibilities

• Become the first line for Manufacturing Support & Coordination, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Innovation.
• Help identify process improvement projects and lead projects to completion.
• Assist in drafting process impact assessments to support investigation closure.
• Assist in drafting change controls, CAPAs, investigations, improvement projects and operational safety.
• Drafting of Operations procedures, electronic batch records and GMP documentation; provide training to Operations team.
• Support introduction of new products to Manufacturing.
• Lead and implement new technology solutions such as Single-Use-Systems.
• Delivery of Continuous Process Improvements on Process/Equipment.
• Process/Engineering changes in support of Tech Transfers and New Product Introductions.
