Job summary

Arcadis are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Biotech company in Cork. The role is based in a GMP environment, focusing on the reliability and performance of manufacturing and utility systems.

You will perform hands-on maintenance, manage CMMS activities (SAP PM/Maximo/PEMAC/Oracle), execute PM, corrective actions, CAPAs, and support audits. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years maintenance engineering in pharma/biopharma/regulatory environment.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and PM/RCM knowledge.
• Experience with GMP facilities and calibration programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and plant utilities.
• Execute and oversee preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root cause solutions.
• Maintain asset records and CMMS data to ensure GMP compliance.
• Participate in CPAs, deviations, audits and change controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and KPIs.
