Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biopharma division is seeking a Group Leader to guide a team of laboratory analysts, ensuring quality, timeliness and compliance with GMP standards. The role involves resource planning, protocol review, and collaboration with clients and regulatory bodies.

You will lead a diverse group through study design, data review and SOP implementation, while driving continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry, with equivalency considered.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech labs.
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts and oversee daily laboratory operations.
• Allocate and schedule resources; monitor project status and timesheets for billing.
• Prepare, review and approve study protocols, reports, and technical documents.
• Design experimental studies and participate in troubleshooting.
• Ensure GMP compliance, QA audits, and client/regulatory readiness.
