Sanofi Waterford, Ireland, offers a Biologics Operations Intern position within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will gain hands-on experience in monoclonal antibody production and support continuous improvement activities in a regulated environment.

The role requires currently studying Biotechnology, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, or related fields with GMP knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Biotechnology, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences).
• Understanding of GMP principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Support manufacturing activities in sterile processing, including formulation and filling.
• Learn and apply cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and environmental monitoring.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Support projects focused on operational efficiency and cost improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and present manufacturing data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support investigations and corrective actions and process improvements.
